The invention relates to a vehicle power system control method and device, a medium and electronic equipment.The vehicle power system comprises a first motor, a second motor, an engine and a clutch, an inner ring of the clutch is in driving connection with the first motor and the engine, and an outer ring of the clutch is in driving connection with the first motor; the first motor is used for driving an engine, and the second motor is used for driving the whole vehicle; the control method comprises the steps that working condition information of a vehicle is obtained; and after it is determined that the emergency out-of-gear working condition is met based on the working condition information of the vehicle, out-of-gear failure is met, and the driving function of the vehicle is forbidden, a first motor is controlled to rotate reversely so that the clutch can be out of gear. According to the invention, after the vehicle is out-of-gear failure, intervention can be carried out quickly, and the clutch hardware is prevented from being damaged.
