The invention relates to a vehicle early warning method and device, a vehicle and a storage medium, and the method comprises the steps: obtaining a first position measurement value corresponding to a target obstacle detected at a current moment when the vehicle is in a target mode, and obtaining a first position estimation value corresponding to a target obstacle detected at a previous moment of the current moment, the target mode is used for representing that surrounding obstacles are detected when the vehicle stops; processing the first position measurement value and the first position estimation value by using a Kalman filtering algorithm to determine a second position estimation value corresponding to the target obstacle at the current moment; performing weighted average processing on the first position estimation value and the second position estimation value to obtain a target position corresponding to the target obstacle at the current moment; and performing early warning on the vehicle according to the target position. The accuracy of early warning of the vehicle according to the obstacles around the vehicle is improved.
