The invention discloses a vertical shock absorber mounting base structure which comprises an underframe edge beam, a floor and a sleeper beam, the sleeper beam comprises an upper flat plate, a lower flat plate, a web plate and a supporting plate, the upper flat plate and the lower flat plate are connected through the web plate, and the supporting plate is connected to the web plate and located between the upper flat plate and the lower flat plate; the lower surface of the floor is in lap joint with the supporting plate, and the floor and the supporting plate are welded and fixed. The end part of the sleeper beam is welded and fixed with the chassis boundary beam; the chassis boundary beam further comprises a mounting base, a connecting plate, a mounting seat and a connecting arm, and the connecting arm is connected with a floor in a welded mode. The connecting plate is located below the floor and the connecting arm, and the connecting plate is welded and fixed to the floor, the sleeper beam and the connecting arm at the same time; the mounting base is simultaneously welded and fixed with the sleeper beam, the chassis boundary beam and the connecting plate; and the mounting seat is positioned below the mounting base and is riveted and fixed with the mounting base. The invention provides a counter-acting force supporting structure of a vertical shock absorber of a bogie. The counter-acting force supporting structure solves the problem of rivet placement space in a cavity structure.
