The invention relates to the technical field of sensors, and particularly discloses a railway wireless wheel sensor which is characterized in that a wireless transmission transmitting end is arranged in an aluminum casting shell, and a receiving end is in wireless communication with the wireless transmission transmitting end; the wireless transmission transmitting end comprises a magnetoelectric induction circuit, a magnetic induction resonance circuit and a control circuit board, the wireless transmission transmitting circuit, the signal output end of the magnetic induction resonance circuit and the signal input end of the wireless transmission transmitting circuit are all connected with the control circuit board, and the magnetoelectric induction circuit is connected with the magnetic induction resonance circuit. According to the invention, the housing adopts the aluminum casting design, is firm and durable, has good sealing performance, can effectively shield the radiation of electromagnetic waves, has strong anti-interference capability, is not provided with an external cable, is not interfered by track current, harmonic waves and the like, and outputs stable and reliable sine wave signals. Wheel signals are collected and directly connected to the control circuit board, and triggering can be recognized as long as a train arrives at the position of the wireless wheel sensor.

    本发明涉及传感器技术领域,具体公开了一种铁路无线车轮传感器,无线传输发射端设置于铝铸外壳内部,接收端与无线传输发射端无线通信;无线传输发射端包括磁电感应电路、磁感应谐振电路、控制电路板、无线传输发射电路,磁感应谐振电路的信号输出端、无线传输发射电路的信号输入端均与控制电路板连接,磁电感应电路连接磁感应谐振电路。本发明的外壳采用铝铸设计,结实耐用,密封性好,能够有效地屏蔽电磁波的辐射,抗干扰能力强,没有外接线缆,不受轨道电流、谐波干扰等外界,输出正弦波信号稳定可靠。本发明采集车轮信号直接连接在控制电路板,只要列车到达无线车轮传感器位置处,就能识别触发。
