The invention discloses a front auxiliary frame and an automobile, the front auxiliary frame comprises two opposite longitudinal energy absorption beams connected between a longitudinal beam and a transverse anti-collision beam and further comprises a first filament cross rope arranged between the two longitudinal energy absorption beams, and the two ends of the first filament cross rope are connected with the positions, close to the transverse anti-collision beam, of the longitudinal energy absorption beams. The front auxiliary frame disclosed by the invention is beneficial to improving the front collision safety performance of the automobile.
