The antenna system comprises a telescopic DGPS, one end of the telescopic DGPS is inserted into the device and connected with the information processing system, and the other end of the telescopic DGPS extends out to be used for positioning; the antenna system is connected with the information processing system; the buoy is arranged in the upper hemisphere of the buoy device, the energy supplementing system is arranged in the buoy, and the energy supplementing system converts collected energy into electric energy and stores the electric energy for supplying power to the whole device; the microphone converts the collected external sound signal into an electric signal and transmits the electric signal to the information processing system; the hydrophone is used for receiving a sound signal in water, converting the sound signal into an electric signal and transmitting the electric signal to the information processing system; the self-sinking and floating system is arranged in the lower semi-sphere of the whole device, and the information processing system can control the buoy to achieve self-sinking and floating of the device. The method can be used as an important tool for detecting hypersonic guided missiles and underwater hidden targets.
