The invention belongs to the technical field of underwater acoustic transducers, and particularly relates to a hydrophone and sound baffle integrated vibration reduction mounting structure which comprises a hydrophone, a vibration reduction frame and a sound baffle, a containing opening is formed in the top of the vibration reduction frame, the two sides of the vibration reduction frame are through, the hydrophone is mounted in the containing opening, and the sound baffle is mounted in the containing opening. The vibration damping frame body and the rubber packaging structure outside the hydrophone are integrally vulcanized and formed, the sound baffle is mounted in the vibration damping frame body and penetrates out of the two sides of the vibration damping frame body, mounting holes for accommodating the hydrophone are formed in the sound baffle, and the tail part of the hydrophone sequentially penetrates through the mounting holes of the sound baffle and penetrates out of the vibration damping frame body. The connection reliability between the two parts is improved, the stability is improved, and meanwhile, a watertight packaging function and a rubber vibration reduction function are provided for a sensing element in the hydrophone.
