The invention discloses a methanol fuel ship ethylene glycol water tank monitoring system and a monitoring method thereof, the methanol fuel ship ethylene glycol water tank monitoring system comprises an ethylene glycol water tank, a partition plate, a mechanical exhaust fan, a hydrocarbon sensor, a liquid level sensor, a heater, a remote control valve and a three-way remote control valve, the partition plate divides the ethylene glycol water tank into an ethylene glycol large cabin and an ethylene glycol isolation small cabin, and the partition plate is provided with an overflow hole; the hydrocarbon sensor is arranged at the upper end of the ethylene glycol isolation small cabin, the liquid level sensor and the heater are arranged at the lower end of the ethylene glycol isolation small cabin, the mechanical exhaust fan is connected with an air outlet of the ethylene glycol isolation small cabin, and a first liquid outlet of the ethylene glycol large cabin is connected with a first port of the three-way remote control valve. A second port of the three-way remote control valve is connected with one end of the remote control valve and a liquid inlet and outlet of the ethylene glycol isolation small cabin, and the other end of the remote control valve is connected with a second liquid outlet in the lower end of the ethylene glycol large cabin. The problems of misjudgment of methanol leakage and incapability of treating ethylene glycol water pollution in time in the prior art are solved.

    本发明公开了一种甲醇燃料船乙二醇水柜监测系统及其监测方法,包含乙二醇水柜、隔板、机械抽风机、碳氢传感器、液位传感器、加热器、遥控阀和三通遥控阀,隔板将乙二醇水柜分隔为乙二醇大舱和乙二醇隔离小舱且隔板开有溢流孔,碳氢传感器设置在乙二醇隔离小舱的上端,液位传感器和加热器设置在乙二醇隔离小舱的下端,机械抽风机与乙二醇隔离小舱出气口连接,乙二醇大舱第一出液口与三通遥控阀的1号端口连接,三通遥控阀的2号端口与遥控阀的一端和乙二醇隔离小舱进出液口连接,遥控阀的另一端与乙二醇大舱下端第二出液口连接。本发明解决了现有技术甲醇泄露误判以及无法及时处理乙二醇水污染问题。
