The invention relates to a high-altitude fire balloon hanging operation platform and a using method, and belongs to the technical field of high-altitude wind power generation. According to the technical scheme, a rotating base and a high-altitude hot-air balloon are connected through a plurality of hot-air balloon height control ropes which are annularly arranged, and the height of the hot-air balloon is determined; a combustion chamber below the hot-air balloon is arranged on the hot-air balloon traction frame and is connected with a fuel tank on the rotating base through a fuel pipe; a wind wheel power generation system is hung below the fire balloon traction frame. High-altitude wind power generation equipment is hung through the high-altitude hot-air balloon, common fuel gas is used for providing a heat source for the high-altitude hot-air balloon, positioning is conducted through the hot-air balloon height control rope, the wind wheel power generation system is hung in the air, fuel is continuously provided through the fuel tank on the ground, and the hot-air balloon can stably stay in the air for a long time; the height of the hot-air balloon can be controlled below 3000 meters, and the manufacturing cost and the operation cost are reduced.

    本发明涉及一种高空热气球悬挂作业平台及使用方法,属于高空风能发电技术领域。技术方案是:所述旋转底座与高空的热气球之间通过环形布置的多条热气球高度控制绳索连接,确定热气球的高度;热气球下方的燃烧室设置在热气球牵引架上,燃烧室通过燃料管与旋转底座上的燃料罐连接;所述热气球牵引架下方悬挂风轮发电系统。本发明通过高空热气球悬挂高空风能发电设备,使用普通的燃气为高空热气球提供热源,通过热气球高度控制绳索进行定位,风轮发电系统悬挂在空中,通过地面的燃料罐连续提供燃料,热气球可以长期稳定的在空中停留,热气球的高度可以控制在3000米以下,降低造价和运行成本。
