The invention discloses a novel zero-Poisson-ratio honeycomb sandwich type flexible skin, and relates to the fields of airplanes, mechanics and materials. The requirement for large in-plane deformation and high out-of-plane bearing can be met at the hinge position of the wing of the foldable morphing aircraft, and good wing surface smoothness and pneumatic sealing performance are achieved. The zero-Poisson-ratio flexible skin comprises a zero-Poisson-ratio honeycomb sandwich structure, fixers fixedly arranged on the two sides of the zero-Poisson-ratio honeycomb sandwich structure, and an outer-layer rubber skin wrapping the zero-Poisson-ratio honeycomb sandwich structure. Practical engineering application finds that the skin solves the skin design problems of in-plane large deformation and out-plane high bearing, the weight of an aircraft body can be greatly reduced, and the flight performance is improved.

    本发明公开了一种新型的零泊松比蜂窝夹芯式柔性蒙皮,涉及飞机、力学、材料领域。可以在可折叠式变体飞机机翼铰链处满足面内大变形面外高承载要求,且具有较好的翼面光滑性和气动密封性。所述零泊松比柔性蒙皮包括零泊松比蜂窝夹芯结构、固定设于零泊松比蜂窝夹芯结构两侧的固定器、以及包覆在零泊松比蜂窝夹芯结构之外的外层橡胶皮。通过实际工程应用发现该蒙皮解决了面内大变形,面外高承载的蒙皮设计难题,且能极大降低机体重量,提高飞行性能。
