The invention discloses an elevator safe operation lifting mechanism and a using method thereof, and belongs to the technical field of elevator lifting mechanisms. Guide rails are symmetrically and fixedly mounted in the elevator shaft; the two ends of the traction rope are fixedly connected with the lift car and the counterweight correspondingly. A traction mechanism used for driving a traction rope is fixedly installed on the upper side of the machine room. A counterweight mechanism is mounted in the elevator shaft; the counterweight mechanism comprises a first circulation module, a second circulation module, braking modules and a counterweight block, the first circulation module and the second circulation module are symmetrically installed on the two sides of the elevator shaft, and the first circulation module and the second circulation module are each provided with one braking module; balancing weights are fixedly mounted on the first circulating module and the second circulating module respectively; first connecting mechanisms are symmetrically installed on the lift car, and second connecting mechanisms are symmetrically installed on the counterweight. By means of the mode, the gravity difference value of the two ends of the traction rope is kept in a small state, and the power needed by operation of the traction mechanism is reduced.

    本发明公开了一种电梯安全运行升降机构及其使用方法,属于电梯升降机构技术领域,包括机房和电梯井;电梯井内对称固定安装有导轨;曳引绳的两端分别与轿厢和对重固定连接;机房上侧固定安装有用于驱动曳引绳的曳引机构;电梯井内安装有配重机构;所述配重机构包括第一循环模块、第二循环模块、制动模块和配重块,第一循环模块和第二循环模块对称安装在电梯井的两侧,第一循环模块和第二循环模块上分别安装有一组制动模块,第一循环模块和第二循环模块上分别固定安装有配重块;轿厢上对称安装有第一连接机构,对重上对称安装有第二连接机构。通过上述方式,使曳引绳两端的重力差值保持在较小的状态,减少曳引机构运行所需功率。
