本发明涉及预制构件吊装装置,包括浇筑在构件预留孔中的吊杆和设置在模具上的底部固定件,所述底部固定件的顶部固定连接有贯穿并插接至吊杆内腔的定位杆,所述吊杆的顶部螺纹连接有螺纹连接杆,本发明涉及构件吊装技术领域。该预制构件吊装装置,起吊时,多个吊杆都承受构件向下的重力,此时一部分重力作用于螺纹连接杆和吊杆的连接处,另一部分作用于受力承接块与卡接槽之间,可以防止螺纹连接杆表面螺纹受力过大,导致错纹,后期无法有效的将螺纹连接杆取下,起吊完毕后,将构件移动到指定位置完成吊装后,将底部固定件从吊杆内拔出,然后从上到下对吊杆进行敲击,将其从预留孔内敲出,然后将螺纹连接杆取下进行分离。
