The invention discloses integrated hoisting equipment for bonding small web plates of SS surfaces of wind power blades, and relates to the technical field of web plate bonding hoisting, the integrated hoisting equipment comprises a hoisting truss, a plurality of web plate ground storage racks, web plate adjustable limiting assemblies and web plate root positioning racks, and two rows of truss supporting frames are arranged below the hoisting truss; the web adjustable limiting assembly is arranged below the hoisting truss, and the web root positioning frame is arranged at the end of the hoisting truss. The vertically-arranged driving frames are pulled upwards through the hoisting rings, the driving frames pull the connecting rods upwards, the pistons move upwards, and external air is sucked into the hollow cylinder through the air holes till the pistons push the slope sliding columns above the pistons to the outside of the hollow cylinder; before the hoisting truss is hoisted, the inclined plane sliding columns push the supporting chassis to the position below the web through the L-shaped connecting strips to support the bottom of the web, and the situation that the web falls and is damaged accidentally due to improper clamping of the web adjustable limiting assemblies in the hoisting process is avoided.

    本发明公开一种风电叶片SS面小腹板粘接用一体式吊装设备,涉及腹板粘接吊装技术领域,包括:吊装桁架、多个腹板地面存放架、腹板可调节限位组件、腹板根部定位架,吊装桁架的下方设置有两排桁架支撑架,腹板可调节限位组件设置于吊装桁架的下方,腹板根部定位架设置于吊装桁架的端部。本发明利用吊装环将垂直排列的驱动架向上拉,驱动架拉动连杆向上,使活塞向上移将外部空气通过气孔抽入中空筒内部,直至活塞将其上方的斜面滑动柱向中空筒外部推,在吊装桁架起吊前使斜面滑动柱通过L型连接条将托底盘推至腹板下方将腹板底部托住,避免吊装过程中腹板因腹板可调节限位组件夹持不当等意外下坠损坏。
