The rail-mounted gantry crane portal frame comprises a girder, a lower cross beam, a rigid supporting leg and a flexible supporting leg, the girder and the lower cross beam are connected with the rigid supporting leg and the flexible supporting leg on the upper side and the lower side respectively, the flexible supporting leg is connected with the first end of the girder through a flexible hinge, the rigid supporting leg is fixedly connected with the second end of the girder, and the rigid supporting leg is of a hollow structure and comprises a kidney-shaped section; the flexible supporting leg is of a hollow circular tube structure. The portal frame of the rail-mounted gantry crane adopts a structure in which the steel leg and the flexible leg are matched, the flexible leg adopts a hollow circular tube structure, and the steel leg adopts a waist-shaped section design, so that the wind resistance can be effectively reduced, and the aim of light weight is fulfilled. The invention further provides a high-speed automatic rail-mounted gantry crane.
