Wherein the vulcanization control agent is a multi-element hindered phenol compound. The rubber compound is prepared through the step-by-step open mixing technology that the ethylene propylene diene monomer, the scorch retarder and the vulcanization accelerator are subjected to melt blending, then the filling agent, the softening agent, the vulcanizing agent and the vulcanization control agent are added, then the rubber compound is subjected to vulcanization forming through an injection molding machine, and the wire harness rubber sheath is obtained and has the effects of tear resistance, cutting resistance and aging resistance.

    本发明公开一种抗撕裂防割裂新能源汽车线束橡胶护套及其制备方法,以质量份数计,该护套材料包括三元乙丙橡胶175份、硫化剂0.2‑1.0份、硫化促进剂4‑8份、硫化控制剂0.2‑1.0份、填充剂100‑150份、软化剂30‑50份、防焦剂0.4‑1.0份,其中硫化控制剂为多元受阻酚类化合物。本发明提出先将三元乙丙橡胶、防焦剂、硫化促进剂熔融共混,再加入填充剂、软化剂、硫化剂、硫化控制剂的分步开炼工艺制备混炼胶,然后经注塑机硫化成型得到线束橡胶护套,获得的线束橡胶护套具有抗撕裂、防割裂、耐老化的效果。
