The invention discloses fan blade mounting equipment. The fan blade mounting equipment comprises a hanging bracket and a clamp rotationally arranged on the hanging bracket; the clamp comprises a transmission seat, and a clamping assembly is arranged on the inner side of the transmission seat. The clamping assembly is mounted on the transmission seat through a mounting seat; a rotation driving mechanism which is in transmission connection with the periphery of the transmission seat and drives the transmission seat to rotate is arranged on the hanging bracket; the transmission seat is driven by the rotation driving mechanism to drive the clamping assembly to rotate in the vertical direction so as to place and/or hoist the blade. The clamping assembly comprises clamping hands for clamping the fan blade from the two vertical sides of the fan blade, and linkage mechanisms which are in transmission connection with the clamping hands so as to drive the two clamping hands to clamp the blade and move are arranged on the installation base. The blades do not need to be transferred for many times or frequently adjusted in direction in the transporting and hoisting process, and when hoisting operation is carried out, through the rotating function of the transmission base and the fine adjustment function of the linkage mechanism, conversion of the directions of the blades, alignment of the opening positions and fine adjustment of the blades towards the openings can be completed only through one-time adjustment.

    本发明公开了一种风机叶片安装设备,包括吊架及可转动设置在吊架上的夹具;夹具包括传动座,传动座内侧设有夹持组件;夹持组件通过安装座安装在传动座上;吊架上设有与传动座外周传动连接并带动传动座转动的转动驱动机构;传动座在转动驱动机构驱动下带动夹持组件沿竖直方向转动,以进行叶片放置和/或吊装;夹持组件包括从风机叶片竖向的两侧夹持风机叶片的夹手,安装座上分别设有与夹手传动连接以驱动两个夹手夹紧叶片并移动的联动机构;本发明叶片在运输和吊装过程中无需多次转运或频繁调整方向,进入吊装作业时,通过传动座的旋转功能和联动机构的微调作用,仅需一次调整即可完成叶片方向的转换和开口位置的对准及叶片朝开口的微调。
