The magnetorheological buffer further comprises a working cylinder barrel, a piston rod, a guider, an actuating piston, a floating piston and a connecting rod, an oil cavity and an air cavity are formed in the working cylinder barrel, the magnetorheological valve is fixed in the oil cavity through the connecting rod, and the floating piston arranged on the connecting rod in a sleeving mode can isolate magnetorheological fluid from air in the air cavity. According to the method, the input current curves of the buffer under different drop vibration working conditions are reliably predicted by constructing different neural network models, and the input current curves are preset in the external power supply controller to control the input current of the buffer, so that the damping self-adaptive adjustment of the magnetorheological buffer is realized, the output force of the magnetorheological buffer is ensured to be constant, and the buffer efficiency is improved.

    本发明提供了一种用于飞机起落架的磁流变缓冲器及控制方法,磁流变缓冲器中包括磁流变阀,磁流变阀中具有两个缠绕方向相反的励磁线圈,产生的磁回路能够垂直于油液阻尼通道且在两线圈槽中间相互叠加,使整个阻尼通道均覆盖有磁场。磁流变缓冲器还包括工作缸筒、活塞杆、导向器、作动活塞、浮动活塞和连接杆,工作缸筒中具有油腔和气腔,磁流变阀通过连接杆固定在油腔内,套在连接杆上的浮动活塞能将磁流变液与气腔中空气隔离。本发明通过构建不同神经网络模型可靠预测不同落震工况下缓冲器输入电流曲线,并预设在外部电源控制器中以控制缓冲器输入电流大小,实现磁流变缓冲器阻尼自适应调节,保证了磁流变缓冲器输出力恒定,提高了缓冲效率。
