The invention discloses an escalator PHM system based on the Internet of Things and an intelligent algorithm. The escalator PHM system comprises a signal collection and transmission module, a signal preprocessing module, a signal analysis module and an interface display module. The signal acquisition and transmission module comprises various sensors, an acquisition box, a gateway and a cable; the signal preprocessing module comprises signal noise processing, signal feature enhancement, signal time-frequency conversion processing and signal feature extraction; the signal analysis module obtains diagnosis and prediction results of the preprocessed signals based on vibration signal analysis and a deep learning algorithm; and the interface display module displays the running state of each escalator according to the result given by the signal analysis module, and displays the fault position, time and maintenance suggestion information of the faulted escalator at the same time. According to the method, the functions of escalator state detection, fault diagnosis, fault prediction, service life prediction and the like are achieved, the complete PHM of the escalator is achieved, and a solid step is made for the escalator monitoring industry.

    本发明公开了一种基于物联网和智能算法的电扶梯PHM系统,包括信号采集传输模块、信号预处理模块、信号分析模块和界面显示模块;信号采集传输模块包含多种传感器、采集箱、网关和线缆;信号预处理模块包含信号噪声处理、信号特征增强、信号时频转化处理和信号特征提取;信号分析模块基于振动信号分析和深度学习算法,对进行预处理的信号得出诊断和预测结果;界面显示模块依据信号分析模块给出的结果显示各个电扶梯的运行状态,同时显示故障扶梯的故障位置、时间和维修建议信息。本发明实现了电扶梯状态检测、故障诊断、故障预测、寿命预测等功能,实现了电扶梯的完整PHM,为电扶梯监测行业迈出坚实一步。
