Constructing a spatial weight matrix; the heterogeneous data of weather, holidays and the like are quantified into numeric features or category features, the numeric features or category features are fused with the traffic flow features, multi-view and multi-mode feature representation is obtained, and the adaptability of the model to external factor changes is enhanced; a long-short-term memory network is adopted to model the spatial-temporal characteristics, a long-term dependency relationship and a short-term fluctuation rule of traffic flow are adaptively captured through a gating mechanism, and meanwhile, an attention mechanism is introduced to dynamically adjust importance weights of different spatial-temporal positions, so that the attention of the model to a key area is improved.
本申请提供一种基于人工智能的交通流量预测方法,包括:基于清洗后的历史交通数据,提取时间维度和空间维度的多粒度特征,获取不同时间尺度下的交通流量统计特征,并根据道路网络拓扑结构,计算道路节点和路段之间的空间关联性,构建空间权重矩阵;将所述天气、节假日等异构数据量化为数值型特征或类别型特征,与上述交通流量特征进行融合,得到多视图、多模态的特征表示,增强模型对外部因素变化的适应性;采用长短期记忆网络对上述时空特征进行建模,通过门控机制自适应地捕捉交通流量的长期依赖关系和短期波动规律,同时引入注意力机制动态调整不同时空位置的重要性权重,提高模型对关键区域的关注度。
