The invention relates to a traffic incident digital twinborn reproduction method based on a V2X data communication network, and belongs to the field of intelligent traffic systems. According to the method, vehicle driving data, traffic signal lamp states and map data are collected through a vehicle-mounted unit and a road side unit, and are transmitted to a local server through a V2X network; and then, a convolution block attention module is used to extract vehicle characteristics, a bidirectional long-short-term memory network is combined to learn time sequence association between vehicles, and finally, a multi-layer perceptron is used to determine a traffic event type. Once a traffic event is detected, the system utilizes Open Street Map and Road Runner to construct a high-precision map model, SUMO simulation software is imported to reproduce the dynamic process of the traffic event, finally SUMO simulation track data is imported into a CARLA platform, a dynamic entity is generated, and details of the traffic event are reproduced.

    本发明涉及一种基于V2X数据通信网络的交通事件数字孪生重现方法,属于智能交通系统领域。该方法首先通过车载单元和路侧单元收集车辆行驶数据、交通信号灯状态及地图数据,并通过V2X网络传输至本地服务器。接着,利用卷积块注意力模块提取车辆自身特征,并结合双向长短期记忆网络学习车辆之间的时序关联,最后通过多层感知机判断交通事件类型。一旦检测到交通事件,系统将利用Open Street Map和Road Runner构建高精度地图模型,并导入SUMO仿真软件进行交通事件动态过程的重现,最终将SUMO仿真轨迹数据导入CARLA平台,生成动态实体并再现交通事件细节。
