A ground power supply device (1) for contactlessly transmitting power to a vehicle (5) is provided with: a plurality of resonant circuits (20); and one power supply source that supplies AC power having the same frequency to all of the resonant circuits. Each resonance circuit has: a coil 23 that is embedded in the road and transmits power in a non-contact manner; and a wiring (22) that connects each coil and a power supply source. The wiring of each resonant circuit is formed to have a length at least partially different from that of the wiring of the other resonant circuit, and an inductance parasitic in the wiring due to the difference in the length is at least partially different from that of the wiring of the other resonant circuit. The resonant circuits are further provided with capacitors having different capacitances such that the resonant frequencies of all the resonant circuits are the same even if parasitic inductances in the wiring differ.
