According to the waverider aircraft capable of repeatedly getting in and out of the water, the unique waverider appearance is adopted to achieve cross-medium getting in and out of the water, the hydrodynamic performance in the air and the hydrodynamic performance in the water are optimized, and conversion of the aircraft in the air and the hydrodynamic performance in the water is achieved; by penetrating through the water surface at a small angle, the axial load is remarkably reduced, so that the aircraft can frequently enter and exit from water under low thrust, and the rapid deployment and variable tactical requirements are met; due to the special ballistic trajectory design and operation skills, the aircraft can effectively avoid conventional sonar and radar detection when approaching the sea level; radar reflection is reduced by using sea clutter, sea surface fluctuation and medium change, and electronic interference equipment is used, so that the survivability of the device in a complex battlefield environment is enhanced; in combination with a green hydroxylamine nitrate engine and an underwater magnetofluid propeller, it is ensured that the aircraft can efficiently and rapidly move in different media, meanwhile, the aircraft is kept silent when necessary, and the aircraft is not prone to being detected by a target.
