The invention provides an electric vehicle anti-slip control system and method, the method is executed by the electric vehicle anti-slip control system, and in a first embodiment, the method comprises the following steps: receiving a motor rotating speed signal from a motor rotating speed sensor, calculating a motor rotating speed according to the motor rotating speed signal, and calculating the motor rotating speed according to the motor rotating speed; an accelerator opening degree is received from the vehicle control unit; judging whether the rotating speed of the motor is smaller than a first negative rotating speed threshold value or not, and judging whether the opening degree of the accelerator is zero or not; when the rotating speed of the motor is judged to be smaller than the first negative rotating speed threshold value and the accelerator opening degree is judged to be zero, the slope sliding prevention accelerator opening degree is calculated to control the motor to output slope sliding restraining positive power, and the situation that the electric vehicle slides on a slope when the head of the electric vehicle is stopped upwards is prevented. And the situation that the driver forgets to pull up the hand brake and slips on the slope is avoided.
