The invention relates to the technical field of battery pack heating, and discloses a heating control method for a vehicle battery pack, electronic equipment and a storage medium, and the method comprises the following steps: obtaining a historical pedal opening degree of an accelerator pedal of a vehicle in a historical period; wherein the end point moment of the historical time period is the current moment, and the duration of the historical time period is smaller than the preset duration; obtaining target heating power and a target temperature range based on the historical pedal opening degree; wherein the lowest temperature of the target temperature range is the first temperature and the highest temperature is the second temperature; and if the current battery cell temperature of the battery pack is lower than the first temperature, heating the battery pack at target heating power, and stopping heating the battery pack when the current battery cell temperature reaches or is higher than the second temperature. Therefore, the heating power of the battery pack and the required temperature range are determined through the opening degree of the accelerator pedal, the actual heating requirement of the battery pack is met, and the consumption of electric energy can be reduced.
