The invention relates to an electric vehicle power supply high-voltage framework system and an electric vehicle power supply method, and relates to the technical field of electric vehicles. The electric automobile power supply high-voltage framework system comprises a power battery module, a generator module, a heating control module, a direct current conversion module, an air conditioner control module, a slow charging module, a quick charging module and a driving module. The power battery module is connected with the heating control module, the direct current conversion module and the air conditioner control module. The power battery module is connected with the slow charging module, the quick charging module and the driving module; the power battery module is used for supplying power to the heating control module, the air conditioner control module and the driving module when the electric vehicle is in a pure electric working condition, and supplying power to the direct current conversion module when the electric quantity of a storage battery of the electric vehicle is lower than a specified electric quantity threshold value; the power supply module is used for stopping supplying power to the heating control module, the air conditioner control module, the driving module and the direct-current conversion module when the electric automobile is in the range extending working condition.
