The invention relates to a complex traffic scene-oriented model and data fusion driven energy management method, and belongs to the field of new energy automobiles. The method comprises the following steps: S1, constructing an interactive multi-lane multi-traffic-light intersection traffic scene; s2, collecting a multi-dimensional time sequence data set under various traffic flows and driving strategies: setting different traffic flow scenes, endowing the target vehicle with different driving strategies, and collecting vehicle and traffic information time sequence data in the driving process of the target vehicle; s3, generating a training data set by using a global optimal energy management model based on dynamic programming; and S4, designing a deep learning energy management strategy based on LSTM: selecting an LSTM network architecture and designing a model structure, and carrying out data preprocessing and model training and parameter adjustment. Power distribution is optimized in real time, efficient energy management and control are achieved, and the energy-saving effect is remarkably improved.

    本发明涉及一种面向复杂交通场景的模型与数据融合驱动的能量管理方法,属于新能源汽车领域。该方法包括:S1:构建具有交互性的多车道多红绿灯路口交通场景;S2:采集多种交通流量和驾驶策略下的多维度时序数据集:设定不同的交通流量场景并赋予目标车辆不同的驾驶策略,采集在目标车辆行驶过程中的自车及交通信息时序数据;S3:利用基于动态规划的全局最优能量管理模型生成训练数据集;S4:设计基于LSTM的深度学习能量管理策略:选择LSTM网络架构并设计模型结构,进行数据预处理和模型训练与调参。本发明实时优化功率分配,实现高效的能量管控,显著提高节能效果。
