According to the method, vehicle dynamic data (vehicle speed and accelerator opening), environment information (obstacle distance and type) and driver biological signals (grip strength, myoelectricity and pressure distribution) are collected in real time through a multi-dimensional sensing module, and a dynamic safety distance model is combined to carry out cross validation on a mistaken stepping intention. The system preferentially triggers a non-intrusive alarm, and if it is detected that an accelerator is continuously abnormal, a biological signal is suddenly changed (such as muscle tension and sharp increase of grip strength) and an obstacle approaches a safety threshold value, power is automatically restrained, and braking is started. By fusing multi-source data, the problem of misjudgment caused by dependence on single environment perception in the prior art is solved, accurate distinguishing is achieved in emergency acceleration and mistaken stepping scenes, meanwhile, a driver active relieving mechanism is provided, and safety and control flexibility are both considered. The method is suitable for complex scenes such as low speed and congestion, and traffic accident risks caused by misoperation are remarkably reduced.
