The invention provides a vehicle reconnection method, a vehicle reconnection device and a train, which can be applied to the field of public transportation. The vehicle reconnection method comprises the following steps: in response to monitoring that a next driving route of a first vehicle currently driving in a first route interval belongs to a second route interval, performing speed limiting control on the first vehicle based on a target speed information set corresponding to the second route interval, the driving speed threshold value of the first route section is different from the driving speed threshold value of the second route section; and in response to completion of mechanical hook coupling of the first vehicle and the second vehicle, electric hook coupling between the first vehicle and the second vehicle is executed, so that reconnection of the first vehicle and the second vehicle is completed.
