An electric bicycle is provided with an automatic induction acceleration device which is installed on the electric bicycle and electrically connected with a vehicle motor and a vehicle battery box, and comprises a processor and an induction unit. The processor is electrically connected with the vehicle battery box and the vehicle motor so as to receive the operation signal and the induction signal and output a control signal. The sensing unit is installed on a seat cushion of the electric bicycle and electrically connected with the processor. When the sensing unit senses that the borne object leaves the seat cushion for more than a specific time, the sensing unit outputs a control signal to the processor, and the processor drives the motor for the vehicle to accelerate or increase torsion. Therefore, when a user rides the electric bicycle and stands or the hip of the user leaves the seat cushion, the auto-induction acceleration device can accelerate the vehicle motor so as to relieve or reduce physical output and burden of the user.
