The invention relates to the technical field of ships, in particular to a ship sampling container placing device which comprises an adsorption fixing assembly which can be adsorbed and fixed to the lower end face of a steel plate. The connecting assembly is connected with the adsorption fixing assembly, and the connecting assembly can rotate relative to the adsorption fixing assembly; the oil disc is provided with a hollow containing cavity, and the oil disc is fixedly arranged at the end, away from the adsorption fixing assembly, of the connecting assembly; the sleeve is fixedly arranged in the accommodating cavity, and the sleeve is used for fixing a sampling container. The sampling difficulty is reduced, and the sampling convenience is improved.
