The invention discloses an underwater structure detection and cleaning operation system and method applied to a deepwater jacket platform. The underwater structure detection and cleaning operation system comprises a mother ship, a crane, a power repeater, an underwater operation robot and an umbilical cable. The crane is fixed to the gunwale or the stern of a deck of the mother ship, the mother ship lifts the power repeater and the underwater operation robot through an umbilical cable, the underwater operation robot and the power repeater are together laid underwater from the ship, and when the underwater operation robot and the power repeater reach a preset position, the power repeater retracts and releases the underwater operation robot through a built-in underwater winch; when the underwater operation robot works, the underwater operation robot is connected with the power repeater through the photoelectric-hydraulic integrated cable; the power repeater is adopted to play a connecting role in the system, the high-pressure water preparation device, the underwater winch and the photoelectric-hydraulic integrated cable are installed in the power repeater, various requirements for detection and cleaning of the underwater structure of the deepwater oil and gas platform are met, and the economical efficiency of underwater operation is greatly improved.

    本发明公开了一种应用于深水导管架平台水下结构检测与清洗作业系统及方法,水下结构检测与清洗作业系统包括母船、吊机、动力中继器、水下作业机器人和脐带缆;吊机固定在母船甲板舷边或艉部上,母船通过脐带缆吊放动力中继器和水下作业机器人,水下作业机器人与动力中继器一起由船舶上布放到水下,当到达预定位置,动力中继器通过内置水下绞车收放水下作业机器人;水下作业机器人进行作业时,是通过光电液一体化缆连接动力中继器;本发明采用动力中继器在系统中起到了承上启下的作用,动力中继器内部安装有高压水制备装置、水下绞车和光电液一体化缆,满足深水油气平台水下结构检测和清洗的多种需要,极大的提高了水下作业经济性。
