An efficient irradiation comprehensive installation device for a shuttle tanker shaft rudder system comprises a dock bottom, a sliding rail fixedly installed at the dock bottom, a winch arranged at an interval with one end of the sliding rail and a pulley arranged at an interval with the other end of the sliding rail, the winch and the pulley drive a working platform through a steel cable, and the working platform comprises an upper rack and a lower rack; a first supporting plate is fixedly mounted at the top of the upper rack, a second supporting plate is fixedly mounted at the bottom of the upper rack, a third supporting plate is fixedly mounted at the bottom of the lower rack, the bottom of the upper rack is fixedly connected with the top of the lower rack, and a plurality of hoist cranes are arranged at the top of the third supporting plate and used for fixing workpieces. A supporting module is arranged on the third supporting plate and used for fixing a workpiece. Through integrated arrangement of multiple platforms, devices such as a stern tube, a variable-pitch propeller shaft and a rudder blade can be fixed without using cumbersome tools, so that the cost and the process complexity are reduced, and meanwhile, the construction efficiency is effectively improved.
