The invention discloses a liquid cooling heat dissipation ducted fan which comprises a duct, a propeller, a motor, a supporting rib plate, a propeller hub shell and a liquid cooling mechanism. The propeller hub shell is fixed in the duct through the supporting rib plates; a motor and a liquid cooling mechanism are arranged in the propeller hub shell; a rotor output shaft of the motor is connected with a propeller and a fairing through a coupler. The fairing is arranged on the propeller in a sleeving mode, and an opening is formed in the fairing so that blades of the propeller can stretch out. The liquid cooling mechanism is at least partially formed in the propeller hub shell and the supporting rib plate, and the propeller hub shell and the supporting rib plate are of a sandwich structure to form a cooling liquid circulation channel of the liquid cooling mechanism. According to the liquid cooling heat dissipation ducted fan, the cooling liquid flow channels are arranged in the propeller hub shell and the supporting rib plates, the cooling liquid is cooled through the structure of the cooling liquid while the cooling liquid dissipates heat of the motor, the cooling liquid circulates in the propeller hub shell and the supporting rib plates, the motor is continuously cooled, and the heat dissipation efficiency is improved.

    本发明公开了一种液冷散热涵道风扇,包括涵道、螺旋桨、电机、支撑肋板、桨毂壳体和液冷机构;所述桨毂壳体通过支撑肋板固定在涵道内;所述桨毂壳体内设有电机和液冷机构;所述电机的转子出轴通过联轴器连接有螺旋桨和整流罩;所述整流罩套设在螺旋桨上,其上开设有开口以使螺旋桨的桨叶伸出;所述液冷机构至少部分形成于桨毂壳体和支撑肋板内部,其中桨毂壳体和支撑肋板为夹层结构以形成液冷机构的冷却液流通通道。本发明的液冷散热涵道风扇采用在桨毂壳体和支撑肋板内设置冷却液流道,实现冷却液对电机散热的同时,利用自身结构对冷却液降温,使冷却液在桨毂壳体和支撑肋板内循环,持续对电机降温,提高散热效率。
