    本发明涉及螺旋桨生产技术领域,尤其涉及一种根部转轴式挥舞铰一体螺旋桨及其成型设备。本发明要解决的技术问题是:现有技术中的螺旋桨根部承受较大的作用力时容易损坏,成型设备无法生产出一体成型并且扭转角度较大的螺旋桨。包括有安装座,还包括有控制机构,控制机构包括有挥舞铰,安装座的一侧贯穿式固接有挥舞铰,挥舞铰的外壁转动套设有螺旋桨。本发明通过对螺旋桨与挥舞铰的设计,当螺旋桨受到不平衡载荷作用时,螺旋桨能够通过挥舞铰进行上下挥舞动作,当无人机在大风天气下飞行时,能够使螺旋桨以挥舞铰的连接处进行转,有效减小无人机飞行时受到的阻力,极大地提高了无人机动力系统的稳定性。
