The invention relates to the technical field of ground microgravity simulation, and particularly provides a microgravity simulation device and application in a ground simulation experiment. The microgravity simulation device comprises a rotation driving mechanism and at least one microgravity simulation mechanism arranged on the rotation driving mechanism. The rotation driving mechanism comprises a rotating shaft, the rotating shaft is sleeved with the driving end, the microgravity simulation mechanism comprises a fixed magnetic part, a current adjusting assembly and a rotating magnetic assembly, the rotating shaft is sleeved with the rotating magnetic assembly, and the fixed magnetic part and the current adjusting assembly are arranged on the driving end and are arranged at the upper end and the lower end of the rotating magnetic assembly respectively. The three parts are distributed along the axial direction of the rotating shaft; the opposite parts of the fixed magnetic piece and the rotary magnetic assembly have the same magnetism; the magnetism of the portion, facing the rotating magnetic assembly, of the current adjusting assembly is opposite to the magnetism of the rotating magnetic assembly facing the current adjusting assembly. Therefore, the device is simple in structure, low in production cost and maintenance cost and long in experiment duration.
