The invention relates to the technical field of crane rails, and discloses a crane rail system with settlement deformation monitoring and adjusting functions, which comprises a casting base, a rail part mounted on the casting base and used for advancing of a crane and mounting of a monitoring system, and a deformation monitoring part mounted on the rail part and used for monitoring settlement deformation of the crane. The deformation monitoring part is used for monitoring the deformation degree of the crane track in the horizontal axial direction and the vertical axial direction in real time, the settlement monitoring part is installed on the deformation monitoring part, efficient and accurate monitoring and integrated multi-component cooperative monitoring are adopted, and the deformation monitoring part and the settlement monitoring part can comprehensively monitor the deformation and settlement conditions of the track in real time; the pressure sensor, the distance sensor, the angle sensor and the like are matched with one another, so that the defect of manual operation of a traditional level gauge and a total station is overcome, dynamic deformation data can be continuously captured when the crane runs, the problem that a single sensor is easily interfered by the environment is avoided, the monitoring precision and efficiency are improved, and the labor cost is reduced.
