The invention relates to the technical field of pipe production, and particularly discloses an automatic blanking method of a coil stock, which comprises the following steps: S1, placing the coil stock to be blanked on two support plates close to each other by adopting an inner lifting appliance together with a lifting tray, and after the coil stock is placed on the support plates, lifting the coil stock to be blanked with the lifting tray; the lifting tray falling between the two supporting plates is taken away through a part taking mechanical arm; the middle part of the material lifting tray used in the step is hollow, the inner lifting appliance adopts at least two lifting arms capable of extending outwards, and the lifting arms are used for lifting the material lifting tray; s2, a lifting table below the supporting plate is controlled to ascend until the interlayer pad or the wood tray used for stacking on the lifting table is attached to/close to the bottom face of the supporting plate; s3, two upper embracing rings located above the supporting plate get close to each other to embrace the periphery of the coiled material; and S4, the two supporting plates are controlled to be far away from each other, so that the coil materials are not supported by the supporting plates and fall on the interlayer pad or the wood tray on the lifting table. S5, the upper embracing ring retreats, the lifting table drives the coil material to descend, and the steps S1 to S4 are circulated in the follow-up assembly and stacking process till assembly and stacking are completed; and S6, after assembly and stacking are completed, the lifting table is driven by a linear driver to be away from the lifting appliance lifting area. According to the scheme, the problem that in the prior art, a metal pipe at the bottom of a heavy coil material is prone to deformation or abrasion when a lifting appliance is pulled away from the coil material is solved.
本发明涉及管材生产技术领域,具体公开了一种盘卷料的自动下料方法,包括如下步骤:S1、采用内吊具将待下料的盘卷料带着吊料托盘一起放置在2个已经互相靠近的支撑板上,盘卷料放置在支撑板上后,采用取件机械手将从2个支撑板间下落的吊料托盘取走;该步骤中所使用的吊料托盘的中部中空,内吊具采用带有至少2个能够向外伸出的吊臂,吊臂用于托起吊料托盘;S2、控制支撑板下方的升降台上升到升降台上的组摞所用隔层垫或木托盘与支撑板底面相贴/贴近;S3、使位于支撑板上方的2个上拥抱环互相靠近而抱住盘卷料外周;S4、控制2个支撑板互相远离,使得盘卷料失去支撑板支撑而落在升降台上的隔层垫或木托盘上。S5、上拥抱环回退,升降台带动盘卷料下降,后续组摞循环S1‑S4,直至完成组摞;S6、组摞完成后,通过直线驱动器带动升降台远离吊具吊运区域。本方案用以解决现有技术中针对重量大的盘卷料容易在吊具抽离盘卷料时使得盘卷料底部金属管材变形或磨损的问题。
