The invention relates to the technical field of pipeline laying, in particular to a directly-buried pipeline laying device which comprises four machine bases distributed in a rectangular shape and a plurality of universal wheels installed below the machine bases, and the two ends of a wrapping steel belt are driven to be wound through a winding motor, so that the wrapping steel belt and a pipeline are placed according to the overall height. By adjusting the rotation angle of the fixed pulley, the position of the vertical point of the pull rope at the two ends of the wrapping steel belt is adjusted, it is ensured that the wrapping steel belt and the pull rope are not in contact with the inner wall of the groove, and therefore the device can adapt to grooves of different widths, and the construction efficiency is improved. In addition, along with rotation adjustment of the fixed pulleys, the height of the ground grabbing plates located below the machine bases is synchronously lowered till the ground grabbing plates are inserted into the ground on the two sides of the groove, and therefore the stability of the four machine bases, namely the stability of the whole device is reinforced in the pipeline paving process, and paving is further convenient.

    本发明涉及管道敷设技术领域,具体涉及一种直埋管道敷设装置,包括四个呈矩形分布的机座以及安装在机座下方的若干万向轮,通过收卷电机带动包裹钢带两端收卷,实现包裹钢带以及管道整体高度的放置,从而方便将管道稳定的下降高度,直至精确定点的埋设在沟槽内,具有铺装方便的特点,通过调节定滑轮的旋转角度,从而调节包裹钢带两端拉绳垂直点的位置,确保包裹钢带、拉绳不会与沟槽内壁接触,也就能够适应不同宽度的沟槽,并且不会影响管道的正常铺设,另外伴随定滑轮旋转调节,位于机座下方的抓地板同步下降高度,直至插入至沟槽两侧的地面中,从而在管道铺装过程中加固四个机座也就是整体装置的稳定性,进一步铺装方便的特点。
