The invention provides a control method and device of a battery replacement and energy storage cabinet, a storage medium and the battery replacement and energy storage cabinet, the battery replacement and energy storage cabinet is connected with a power grid through an energy storage converter, the battery replacement and energy storage cabinet comprises a plurality of battery bins, each battery bin is provided with a battery management system, and the battery management systems are used for performing charging and discharging management on battery packs stored in the battery bins; the method comprises the steps of controlling a first battery pack to be charged when it is determined that the battery replacement energy storage cabinet is in a charging state; wherein the electric quantity of the first battery pack is smaller than a first preset value; when it is determined that the battery replacement energy storage cabinet is in the discharging state, controlling the second battery pack to discharge, and controlling the third battery pack to charge; wherein the second battery pack is an unlocked battery pack with the electric quantity larger than a second preset value, and the third battery pack is a locked battery pack with the electric quantity smaller than the first preset value. The utilization rate of the battery replacement energy storage cabinet can be improved.

    本发明提供换电储能柜的控制方法、设备、存储介质及换电储能柜,换电储能柜通过储能换流器与电网连接,换电储能柜包括多个电池仓,每个电池仓均设置有电池管理系统,电池管理系统用于对其内存放的电池包进行充放电管理;该方法包括:当确定换电储能柜处于充电状态时,控制第一电池包充电;其中,第一电池包为电量小于第一预设值的电池包;当确定换电储能柜处于放电状态时,控制第二电池包放电,并控制第三电池包充电;其中,第二电池包为未锁定且电量大于第二预设值的电池包,第三电池包为已锁定且电量小于第一预设值的电池包。本发明可以提高换电储能柜的利用率。
