The invention relates to the technical field of ocean energy power generation, and discloses a photovoltaic and tidal current energy integrated offshore power generation device and method.The device comprises a floating photovoltaic assembly and a tidal current energy power generation assembly; a mounting position is arranged in the center of the bottom of the floating photovoltaic module; the top end of the power generation telescopic mechanism is arranged at a mounting position at the bottom of the floating type photovoltaic module; the bottom end of the power generation telescopic mechanism is connected with one end of the steering shaft, and the power generation telescopic mechanism drives the steering shaft to move in the vertical direction. The other end of the steering shaft is connected to the base; a plurality of anchoring assemblies are annularly arranged on the floating photovoltaic assembly and the base; the turbofan mechanism is arranged on the steering shaft, the turbofan mechanism and the power generation telescopic mechanism are driven by the steering shaft to move in the circumferential direction, and the driving end of the turbofan mechanism is connected to the power generation telescopic mechanism. The floating photovoltaic assembly and the tidal current energy power generation assembly are combined, and comprehensive utilization of solar energy and ocean tidal current energy is achieved.

    本发明涉及海洋能源发电技术领域,公开了一种光伏及潮流能集成式海上发电装置及方法,该装置包括漂浮式光伏组件以及潮流能发电组件;漂浮式光伏组件的底部中心位置处设有安装位;发电伸缩机构的顶端设置在漂浮式光伏组件底部的安装位处;发电伸缩机构的底端与转向轴的一端连接,且通过发电伸缩机构带动转向轴能够沿着竖直方向运动;转向轴的另一端连接至底座上;所述漂浮式光伏组件和底座环向设有若干锚固组件;涡扇机构设置在转向轴上,且通过转向轴带动涡扇机构以及发电伸缩机构能够沿着周向方向运动,涡扇机构的驱动端连接至发电伸缩机构。本发明结合了漂浮式光伏组件和潮流能发电组件,实现了太阳能和海洋潮流能的综合利用。
