According to the invention, the illegal invading unmanned aerial vehicle is detected and positioned through radio frequency scanning, feature recognition and a decoding protocol; the equipment adopts an amplitude comparison direction finding technology and signal analysis feature matching to realize identification of manufacturers and models of the unmanned aerial vehicles; the direction-finding antenna array of the system adopts an eight-array-element circular distribution design, covers 360-degree orientation, and determines the orientation of the unmanned aerial vehicle through a specific calculation method; the active defense navigation deception device interferes with the unmanned aerial vehicle by regenerating satellite navigation deception signals, and the blocking type countering device blocks an unmanned aerial vehicle control link by emitting high-energy radio waves; and the management and control platform provides electronic map display and target situation display.
