The invention relates to a state determination method and device, a computer readable storage medium and target equipment, and the method comprises the steps: collecting the state data of a battery of a vehicle through an information transmission interface under the condition that the target equipment is connected with the information transmission interface in the vehicle; and sending the state data to a gateway in a target network based on the target network where the target equipment is located, and triggering the gateway to determine the safety state of the battery based on the state data, so that the state of the battery of the vehicle can be monitored even if the cellular network of the vehicle is limited.
