The invention relates to a control method applied to a self-adaptive intelligent tidal air conditioner of a metro vehicle. The problem that according to an existing control scheme, working gear shifting can only be achieved through forced switching by sending instructions manually or through an OCC system is solved. A pressure sensor is arranged in an EP2002 valve to monitor the pressure of an air spring of the whole vehicle and convert the pressure into train load, then data are fed back to a TCMS system through an MVB bus, the TCMS system outputs working modes of different states, low-power output when the passenger capacity is low and high-power output when the passenger capacity is high to an air conditioner controller according to an internal agreed load logic judgment protocol, and the air conditioner controller is controlled to work. The air conditioner controller outputs instructions according to the TCMS air conditioner working mode and outputs working instructions with different frequencies to the air conditioner unit, the air conditioner unit achieves working states with different powers through the frequency converter, and meanwhile the two ends of a train are each provided with a temperature sensor used for monitoring and feeding back the temperature of a compartment. The air supply of the air conditioning system can be intelligently regulated and controlled according to the passenger capacity of the vehicle, and energy conservation and consumption reduction are achieved.
本发明涉及一种应用于地铁车辆自适应智慧型潮汐空调的控制方法,解决了既有控制方案必须通过人工或OCC系统发送指令强制切换才能实现工作档位转换的问题。EP2002阀内置压力传感器监测整车空簧压力,并由其转化为列车载重,然后通过MVB总线将数据反馈至TCMS系统,TCMS系统根据内部已约定载荷逻辑判断协议,向空调控制器输出不同状态工作模式,载客低时低功率输出、载客高时高功率输出,空调控制器根据TCMS系统空调工作模式输出指令,向空调机组输出不同频率工作指令,空调机组通过变频器实现不同功率的工作状态,同时列车两端各配置一个温度传感器,用以监测和反馈车厢温度。本发明可根据车辆载客量的大小,实现空调系统供风大小智能调控,节能降耗。
