The invention discloses a control method and device for an electric adjusting tubular column and a storage medium, and belongs to the technical field of vehicle control. The method comprises the following steps: starting a linkage control function in a vehicle in response to power-on of a key of the vehicle and closing of all vehicle doors; the environment temperature of the environment where the vehicle is located is obtained, temperature intervals corresponding to the environment temperature are judged, and the temperature intervals comprise the first temperature interval and the second temperature interval; in response to the fact that the temperature interval corresponding to the environment temperature is a first temperature interval, the first stroke number of the electric adjusting pipe column completing angle adjustment within the first duration and the second stroke number of the electric adjusting pipe column completing telescopic adjustment within the second duration are obtained, and the electric adjusting pipe column is used for executing the linkage control function; and in response to at least one of the condition that the first stroke number exceeds the first threshold value or the second stroke number exceeds the second threshold value, controlling the linkage control function to be kept closed within a third duration. Overhigh temperature of the motor caused by continuous working of the electric adjusting tubular column is avoided, and the service life of the electric adjusting tubular column is prolonged.
