The invention discloses a ship battery cooling system and a control method thereof.The ship battery cooling system comprises a cabin and a battery box, the battery box is arranged on a deck of the cabin, the ship battery cooling system further comprises a battery cooling water tank cabin used for battery fire extinguishing, and the battery cooling water tank cabin is arranged in the cabin and located below the battery box; and a water pump for injecting water into the battery cooling water tank cabin is arranged corresponding to the battery cooling water tank cabin. According to the ship battery cooling system and the control method thereof, the design is reasonable, a river water pumping mode is adopted, a large number of water sources needed for cooling after a large-capacity battery catches fire are provided, the input flow of river water is controlled through a water shortage and full water detection mechanism, and the risks that water shortage is caused by evaporation of water vapor during fire extinguishing or overflow of a water tank is caused by excessive water pumping are prevented; and meanwhile, the water pump can also connect cooled water in the water tank cabin to the shore through a pipeline for water source purification, so that pollution to river water is prevented.
本发明公开了一种船舶电池冷却系统及其控制方法,其系统包括船舱和电池箱,所述电池箱设在船舱的甲板上,还包括用于电池灭火的电池冷却水池舱,所述电池冷却水池舱设在船舱内位于电池箱的下方,对应所述电池冷却水池舱设有用于向电池冷却水池舱内注水的水泵。该船舶电池冷却系统及其控制方法设计合理,采用抽取江水的形式,提供了大容量电池着火后冷却所需的大量水源,利用缺水与满水检测机制,控制江水的输入流量,防止灭火时水汽的蒸发导致缺水或抽水过多导致水池舱溢出等风险;同时抽水泵还能将水池舱冷却过后的水用管路接入岸上进行水源净化,防止对江水造成污染。
