The vibration reduction assembly comprises a first mounting piece, a second mounting piece, a third mounting piece and a plurality of vibration reduction units. The first mounting piece comprises a first connecting part and a first sleeve part. The second mounting piece comprises a second connecting part and a second sleeve part, and the second connecting part penetrates into the inner side of the first sleeve part; the third mounting piece is arranged on the first sleeve part; the vibration reduction unit comprises a first elastic piece, a second elastic piece, a sliding block and an abutting rod, the first elastic piece is arranged between the second connecting part and the third mounting piece, the second elastic piece, the sliding block and the abutting rod are all located between the first connecting part and the second connecting part, and the sliding block is slidably connected with the first connecting part; the second elastic piece is connected with the sliding block and the first sleeve part, and the abutting rod is hinged to the sliding block and the second connecting part. The problem that the performance or the service life of the photoelectric pod is prone to being damaged due to vibration or other emergencies is solved.
