The invention belongs to the field of crane wheels, and particularly relates to a rim self-lubricating combined type heavy crane wheel which comprises a wheel working sleeve, a wheel inner ring, a lubricating assembly, a first tensioning assembly and a second tensioning assembly. The inner ring of the wheel inner ring is in interference fit connection with a wheel shaft of the crane through a first tensioning assembly; the outer ring of the wheel inner ring and the inner ring of the wheel working sleeve are in interference fit connection through a second tensioning assembly; a lubricating assembly is installed on the outer ring of the wheel working sleeve and used for achieving lubrication. Compared with the prior art, the service performance of the wheel tread working layer can be improved, the wheel working layer can be independently, rapidly and efficiently replaced, assembled and disassembled on the premise that an axle is not disassembled, and the impact load before the wheel flange makes contact with the side face of a track and the friction generated when the wheel flange makes contact with the side face of the track are reduced.
