The invention provides a steel wire rope binding structure of an old bridge demolition concrete box girder segment, which comprises a concrete box girder segment and a steel wire rope, the concrete box girder segment is enclosed by a top plate, a bottom plate and webs on two sides, and two sides of the top plate extend outwards to form flange plates; the two opposite sides of each concrete box girder segment are each provided with a plurality of sets of hoisting holes arranged at intervals in the longitudinal bridge direction. Each set of hoisting holes comprises a top opening formed in the top plate, an edge opening formed in the flange plate and a side opening formed in the side web. A steel wire rope for hoisting penetrates through each group of hoisting holes, the steel wire rope sequentially penetrates through the top opening, the edge opening and the side opening of the corresponding group of hoisting holes, and the two opposite ends of the steel wire rope are both used for being connected with a lifting hook of hoisting equipment. The diameter of the steel wire rope for hoisting can be reduced under the condition that the hoisting weight exceeds 200t, the steel wire rope commonly used in the market can be used, meanwhile, the safety risk in the hoisting construction process is reduced, and the safety in the hoisting construction process is ensured.

    本发明提供一种旧桥拆除混凝土箱梁节段的钢丝绳捆绑结构,包括混凝土箱梁节段及钢丝绳,混凝土箱梁节段通过顶板、底板及两边腹板围设而成,顶板的两侧朝外延伸形成翼缘板;混凝土箱梁节段的相对两侧均设有若干组沿纵桥向间隔排列的吊装孔,每组吊装孔包括开设于顶板上的顶部开口、开设于翼缘板上的边缘开口及开设于边腹板上的侧部开口;在每组吊装孔处穿设吊装用的钢丝绳,钢丝绳依次穿设对应组吊装孔的顶部开口、边缘开口及侧部开口,钢丝绳的相对两端均用于与一吊装设备的吊钩连接。其能够在吊装重量超过200t的情况下缩小吊装用钢丝绳的直径,可使用市面常用钢丝绳,同时降低吊装施工过程的安全风险,保证吊装施工过程的安全。
