The invention relates to an aircraft tire-pavement interaction test device under composite working conditions. The device comprises a supporting frame, an organic glass bearing platform, a semitransparent nylon belt, a water recycling plate, a bearing platform, a high-speed camera, a water storage tank, a centrifugal pump, a square pipe stand column, a lower supporting frame, a high-speed camera bearing platform, a winding drum, a connecting water pipe, a nozzle, a tire support, a lateral hydraulic loading platform, a vertical hydraulic lifting platform, a vertical load supporting plate, a hollow rotating platform and a lateral supporting plate. An upper support plate, a displacement sensor, a dynamic water pressure sensor, a strain sensor and a controller; according to the invention, vertical and lateral loading and a certain lateral deviation angle of the aircraft tire at different speeds and water film thicknesses can be realized, so that the real condition of the aircraft tire sliding on a wet slideway surface under a crosswind condition is reflected, and the loading and testing requirements of an aircraft tire-pavement interaction test are met. In addition, the device has the advantages of being reasonable in structural design, convenient to operate, complete in function and the like.

    一种复合工况下飞机轮胎‑道面相互作用试验装置。其包括支撑架、有机玻璃承台、半透明尼龙带、水回收板、承台、高速摄影机、蓄水箱、离心泵、方管立柱、下支撑架、高速摄影机承台、卷筒、连接水管、喷嘴、轮胎支架、侧向液压加载平台、竖向液压升降平台、竖向荷载支持板、中空旋转平台、侧向支持板、上部支撑板、位移传感器、动水压力传感器、应变传感器和控制器;本发明能够实现飞机轮胎在不同速度、水膜厚度下的竖向、侧向加载以及侧偏一定的角度,进而反映飞机轮胎在侧风条件下湿滑道面上滑跑时的真实情况,从而满足航空轮胎‑道面相互作用试验加载与测试需求。另外,本装置还具有结构设计合理、操作方便、功能齐全等优点。
