The invention relates to the technical field of vehicle door butt joint, in particular to a compatible platform door vehicle door alignment method and system.The scheme includes the steps that firstly, a parking datum point of a target train and an installation datum point of a target platform door are obtained, and vehicle type data of the target train are obtained based on the parking datum point; inquiring a pre-constructed historical train data model of the same train type; meanwhile, based on the installation datum points, position data of all the sliding doors are obtained so as to construct a platform door data model; then, according to the historical train data model and the platform door data model, alignment sliding doors in one-to-one correspondence with the train doors can be obtained, and therefore the alignment sliding doors are moved to the target standby positions so as to be subjected to alignment operation with the train doors. The platform door and the train door can be accurately controlled to be aligned, the operation efficiency is improved, and the system adapts to a large-passenger-flow operation mode with high departure frequency and short departure interval.
